How do I expand or add more information to a section in my note?

In the Notes tab, look for the "+ Add Section / Information to Note" option — that's your go-to for expanding content within a section. You can also go back to the Context tab, add written comments with the additional details, and then click "Update Encounter" to regenerate the note with that new information included.
