I updated my context after submitting, but my note didn't change — why?

Context changes aren't applied automatically after submission. After editing anything in the Context tab, you need to click "Update Encounter" to save your changes and trigger a note regeneration. It's an easy step to miss, but once you click it you should see an updated note shortly.
