My note is missing information I expected to see — what should I do?

Start by regenerating the note — sometimes that's all it takes. If it's still missing information after regenerating, open the Context tab and check whether the information is actually in your transcript. If it's there but not showing up in the note, head to Personalize in the Custom Notes Workshop and add some cueing so ScribePT knows where to place that information in your template. If it's not in the transcript at all, that's a sign your microphone or recording environment may need a few adjustments.
