Why isn't my progress note pulling in information from my initial evaluation?

ScribePT doesn't automatically carry over information from previous visits — it only works with the context you provide for the current encounter. To include your initial eval, click the +ADD CONTEXT button and select the relevant information from your prior visits. This is especially important for progress notes and discharge summaries.
