How do I know if my encounter context was actually saved?

Your context is saved when you click Submit and see the confirmation message "Encounter Submitted Successfully!" Until you see that message, nothing has been saved — so make sure you always hit Submit before closing the app. If you're concerned about a recording that may have been lost, reach out via the Help button below as soon as possible, since recordings are typically recoverable for at least 24 hours.
